Our demolition services are either full removal of buildings or detailed selective demos. This includes full concrete removal or cuts for electrical and plumbing lines. We are also skilled at removing the tough, glued-on carpets.
Manzo Enterprises LLC has a licensed septic installer on the crew. We're able to carry the weight of the project by helping you get your permits in place, ordering the design and materials, as well as finalizing the project by excavating and installing the tank and drainfield lines.
We have been taking on a variety of construction projects over the last years. We've rebuilt decks and boat docks. Manzo Enterprises has also done full construction from ground up of cabins, shops, and homes. Commercial remodels have taken a huge portion of our construction projects.
As a demolition crew, we love to break up and haul away old concrete. No size of project has intimidated us.
We are also skilled at pouring concrete pads and walkways, and are sure to leave you with very strong, durable concrete projects.
Besides our septic installation excavating projects, we have also enjoyed putting in driveways, preparing the ground for building, and digging for foundations.
With a whole line of 16 foot dump trailers, we're always ready to haul large junk piles, dirt, rock, and other landscape materials. We really enjoy making a difference on properties that have had junk build up over the years. We haul it all away!
Before the hot summer months arrive, we thin out dead trees, brush, and rake out debris from wooded areas surrounding residential homes. Manzo Enterprises also removes single dead or unwanted trees. We also limb up trees as needed.
Whether you need a whole new yard with lawn, trees, and flower beds installed, or are looking for hardscaping like retaining walls, Manzo Enterprises has years of experience and does quick work of a well-done project.
Every spring and fall we are doing full property cleanups that includes raking and tree & bush trimming. We haul all the waste away. We also do thorough beach cleanups and even pull large drifted logs in to the shore to haul away.
Manzo Enterprises LLC is set up for large commercial parking lot plows along with the sidewalks at those commercial locations. We are able to de-ice the parking lots as well. We also have the man-power and skill to remove snow and ice from roofs.

Manzo Enterprises LLC was founded by Francisco D Manzo-Gonzales. He has grown from a young boy with a dream and honest hard work to a company that includes family, employees, and subcontractors who enjoy experiencing a wide variety of projects that improve both residential and commercial premises.
What sets Manzo Enterprises apart is the passion, ability to think outside the box, ability to get a project done quickly with great results, and leaving worksites clean.
We are always looking at the whole project and can see from start to finish how one job affects another. We are very sensitive to consider how our project affects and works along with other crews.
